Organic Kagoshima Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea) is a popular and traditional Japanese green tea that is made from the first leaf harvested. Unlike most Japanese teas that are steamed, Kagoshima Hojicha is being roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal. The roasting process lowers the amount of caffeine in the tea. Kagoshima Hojicha Tea is best served during or after the evening meal or before sleeping.
