Nippon Cha's first harvest of 2024 “Organic Shin Cha-Yume Kaori” (Kabusecha). An organic Japanese Green Tea (sencha) harvested and grown in the Kagoshima Prefecture. For a minimum of one week, it is shaded to fully capture the rich characteristics of the spring season. This rare and high-quality Japanese tea is known for its organic leaves. It is highly praised for its verdant color, the scent of freshness, and taste of fruity notes. Although Shin Cha can be brewed with hot water, we highly recommend cold brew preparation in order to preserve its delicate flavors.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD BREW :
300ml bottle: Place 8g of tea leaves into a container and soak with 300ml of filtered cold water.
750ml(25.4oz) bottle: Place 20g (0.70oz) of tea leaves into a container to ensure proper steeping.
