Tea lovers rejoice! Nippon Cha proudly offers our first harvest of the year “Shin Cha” /Kabusecha (shaded sencha minimum of 1 week) from Kagoshima prefecture (one of the largest tea harvests in Japan).
Fresh picked sprouts from green tea plants are highly prized for their verdant color and fresh flavorful fresh cut grass and Muscat grape notes.
We highly suggest a cold brew preparation to highlight and preserve the delicate flavors using our cold brew infusion bottles.
Cold brew (Highly recommended for best flavor)
20g Shin Cha tea leaves : 750ml (25oz) cold water, minimum 8hrs brew time refrigerated for cold infusion.
Best enjoyed immediately and up to a few days for maximum flavor.
